Terms of Service

By purchasing or using a MicroWISP WiFi voucher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

Using the Service

MicroWISP provides managed community WiFi access through prepaid WiFi vouchers. This is a shared community network intended for normal internet browsing, messaging, learning, work, and other lawful activities.

Purchasing WiFi Vouchers

• WiFi vouchers are delivered to the email address entered during checkout.
• Please ensure your email address is entered correctly before making payment.
• Purchased vouchers are available through the Retrieve My WiFi Voucher page using the same email address.

Voucher Validity

• Each voucher is valid only for the purchased duration.
• Expired vouchers cannot be extended, renewed, or reactivated.
• Vouchers are intended for personal use and must not be resold or redistributed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that interferes with the normal operation of the network.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, scams, phishing, or financial crime.
• Accessing or distributing unlawful content.
• Attempting to compromise the security or stability of the network.
• Automated downloads or activities that unreasonably consume shared bandwidth.
• Redistributing, reselling, or sharing the internet connection with others.

Community Network

This is a shared community WiFi service. Connection speed, latency, availability, and overall performance may vary depending on signal strength, network conditions, and the number of active users.

To help ensure fair access for everyone, MicroWISP may apply reasonable network management measures where necessary.

Security & Enforcement

We may retain connection and system logs for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and compliance with applicable laws. We do not monitor the contents of your internet communications.

Devices involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or repeated violations of these Terms may have their access suspended or permanently revoked without notice or refund.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Refund requests may be considered only in cases such as duplicate payments or verified system errors that prevent voucher delivery. Refunds will generally not be provided for normal network performance, signal coverage, device compatibility, incorrect email addresses entered during checkout, or user configuration issues.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicroWISP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
